Quality+ Training Course in Sitia, Greece, July 2026
As part of the Quality+ – Enhancing Inclusive Quality Practices in Adult Education Erasmus+ project, representatives of all partner organisations gathered in Sitia, Greece, for an intensive international Training Course dedicated to strengthening competences in inclusive adult education.
Throughout the week, participants explored innovative approaches to creating learning environments where every adult learner feels supported, valued, and empowered. The programme combined interactive workshops, collaborative activities, group discussions, and practical exercises focused on improving the quality of adult education.
The training addressed key topics such as:
- Inclusive learning environments and accessibility;
- Effective communication and learner engagement;
- Understanding the needs of diverse adult learners;
- Motivation and participation in adult education;
- Work-life competences and learner-centred approaches;
- Sharing good practices from different European countries.
Beyond the learning sessions, the mobility provided valuable opportunities for intercultural exchange and professional networking. Participants shared experiences from their own organisations, reflected on common challenges, and co-created ideas that will contribute to the next stages of the Quality+ project.
The course concluded with a certificate ceremony, recognising the commitment and active participation of all attendees. More importantly, it marked the beginning of transferring the newly acquired knowledge into local communities and organisations, supporting the project’s mission to enhance quality assurance and inclusive practices in adult education across Europe.
